Great location, very close to Sabarmati Ashram. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the toilet is nice. Good amenities Excellent food! The buffet was super awesome

Complete Value for Money. Room and in-room amenities was good. Breakfast was great as in it had the right amount of spread, with a change in menu every other day, which was good for people staying a bit longer. Location was quite central, most places to visit were withing 3 kms, so walking wasn't an option, but a short drive was okay. Property has 3 restaurants unfortunately they seemed quite pricey. Staff and Service was good, they were extremely responsive and amiable.

How helpful the staff were , as I entered from the front the staff in the front welcomed me, good eye contact smiled and immediately took over from my driver with laguage. As I was walking towards the reception immediately eye contact and smiles from the staff .Mahak or Manak was excellent she checked me in . The front Bell person was awesome he took me to my room and explained the facilities. Overall you have awesome staff. Mr khan who made my room awesome . Thank you all

So much choice of food was good, however if you limit the choice of food and alternate would be better. I found the food daily was same every day with no changes. Hence suggest change / alternate which will provide different choice We built up relationship with Nagindra who is the head Waiter looked after us well and suggested some good choice of Lunch and Dinner

Great choice of breakfast, unfortunately i am not a heavy breakfast eater so I only stuck to simple fruit and coffee. but we were look after by the head waiter Mr Nagindra Great guy :) WE also had a chat with your Chef Mr Gurmeet (not sure if I spelt his name correct) the chef is excellent and the variety of food or any special request all met. 10/10 Love to meet the Chef again

The dinner and breakfast buffet was yummy. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is also good. Room was nice with carpet.

The location is good, a short walk to the Sabarmati Riverfront, but the road between the two is quite busy. We could go for walks at the riverfront in the morning but not the evening. We had meals at all three restaurants and found them excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful.

We had a great experience at Fortune Landmark, Ahmedabad. ITC brand of hotels are known for their Hospitality and their very tasty food. The whole team were very friendly and made us feel welcome. From the reception desk to their food was excellent as usual. Mr Manak Tyagi, Food and Beverages Manager was very helpful and suggested we try out their Earthen Oven restaurant. I thank him for that. It is a gem of a find and we are sure to visit the restaurant again and recommend it to our friends and family. It reminded me of ITC's Bukhara restaurant (ITC Mughal in Agra). Food remains ITCs strong point and this was reflected in their Lunch and Breakfast buffet. I have stayed at Marriott, Hilton and Radisson (overseas) however when I compare the Breakfast menu, ITC always wins hands down. I have stayed in ITC Grand bay, ITC Rajputana, ITC Mughal and they have never failed to wow me with their food. ITC Fortune Landmark was no exception to this case. Chef Suresh Khanna (celebrity head chef) was very attentive. The food taste was as usual excellent and according to our taste. We were so pleased with the food that we have decided to try it once a month at least.

Everything was so well organised. Starting, pick up from airport, Stay at Hotel, Food quality at Hotel and Drop at airport. During the stay, staff has been exceptionally hospitable. In particular, Rahul and Amit have been too good.
